Return /Exchange/Refund

Return & Exchange Policy – Shringaar Store

At Shringaar Store, we take pride in offering high-quality jewellery. While refunds are not provided, we do offer returns or exchanges under specific conditions.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Applicable only for manufacturing defects or if an incorrect item is delivered.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • The return/exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale, discounted, customized, or made-to-order items.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Process

  1. Contact our support team with your Order ID, photos, and reason for return/exch eange.

  2. Once approved, ship the product to our address (return shipping cost to be borne by the customer unless our error).

  3. The exchange/replacement products will be delivered within 7 -10 days

Note: Minor colour variations due to photography or screen settings are not considered defects.
